Announces plan to add more than 1,500 employees by next year
Omega Healthcare Management Services, a healthcare outsourcing services provider, launched its fourth facility in Tiruchi on Monday.
It also announced plans to add more than 1,500 employees by next year. The company started operations in Tiruchi in 2011 with around 30 employees which has now grown to 4,000, according to a company press release.
Inaugurating the new facility, Gopi Natarajan, Co-Founder and CEO, Omega Healthcare, said: "Tiruchi has been a key location for us and is our largest operating centre. The addition of this new facility is in line with our business expansion plans."
"From a nascent company in 2004, Omega has grown rapidly to a 12,000 strong organisation currently. With the help of Omega Medical Coding Academy (OMCA), we have trained and provided good careers in medical coding for many young professionals in this city, " said S. V. Krishnan, Chief Operating Officer, Omega Healthcare.
Tiruchi has been an extremely successful delivery location for Omega owing to the vast availability of talented and skilled life science and medical professionals here.
