WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT LEAD
Job Description -
- To provide direction and support to WFM team to perform defined set of activities which result in systemic solutions leading to continual improvement of deliverable.
- Manage, plan, optimize for the ongoing execution to ensure that company and client goals are met and Defined targets are achieved. Responsible for Scheduling for both inbound and outbound project, campaign creation and the batch allocation and the MIS pertains to the same. Responsible for overseeing a team of WFM consists of scheduler, RTA and the MIS to ensure the delivery is not impacted , following the set of quality assurance processes which is maintained and the continual improvement process.
Account Manager (RCM, AR, Denial Management)
Job Description -
- Submit, review, correct, and process denied or rejected insurance and healthcare claims.
- Troubleshoot claims issues, multi-task, and prioritizing claims and correspondence responsibilities by age, complexity, and urgency.
- Manage accounts receivable for assigned accounts through regular reports, customer meetings, and ongoing communication to assess the overall health of customer accounts.
- Develop rapport with clinicians and business owners for assigned accounts through ongoing professional communication, scheduled and ad hoc calls and written correspondence.
- Interact with and direct tasks for outsourced vendor teams in coordination with Leads and Managers
AR Associate
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
- Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily/monthly basis
- Process claims and ensure collections are met
- Analyze the rejected/denied claims and understand the reasons of rejections/denial and reprocess the same for payment
- Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time
- Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards
- Ensure follow-up on pending claims
- Prepare and maintain status reports
Skill Sets
- Fresh graduates/Diploma holders/Pursuing graduation in correspondence
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in domestic/international call centers or medical/hospital billing knowledge will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work during US shift
- Basic keyboard skills
- Solid knowledge in Medical Billing/US Healthcare Domain
