Purushothama Reddy A

Purushothama Reddy has over 25 years of corporate experience across domestic and overseas assignments. He is member of the India Board for Omega, as a whole-time Director. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, he reports to the COO and assumes a strategic role in the overall stewardship of the company. PR – as he is known internally – has been heading the Finance department of the organization since 2005, covering both the Indian and Philippines operations. His primary responsibilities include planning, managing and controlling all finance-related activities of the company, while also taking direct responsibility for investor relations and partner compliance. PR also heads the procurement department driving deal analysis and negotiations at a macro level. As part of his role, he also oversees the functioning of the legal department, advising management on legal matters and policy-making. Purushothama has a Master's in Business Administration- Finance and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law. He has won the National Award for Excellence in Cost Management from the ICAI.
