Narayanan V

Narayanan brings over 23 years of rich operations experience to Omega, where he has been instrumental in setting up of the Trichy delivery centers almost from scratch. He presently leads the operations of this rapidly-growing region, driving all strategic functions. In addition, Narayanan manages the Philippines center, was one of the progenitors of the  Work Force Management team, and steers Service Quality and Operational Excellence. Prior to joining Omega, Narayanan has held leadership positions in business operations at First Source, Genysis, Airtel, Aircel, and other companies where he was responsible for end-to-end delivery. His versatility in leading voice, non-voice and back-office operations has won him many accolades. Narayanan is a commerce graduate and has an MBA in Finance from Alagappa University. He has also completed Intermediate ICWA (Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India), and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional.
