Manoj has been with Omega since its inception, and was instrumental in establishing and running coding operations. His knowledge and understanding of hospital and pro-fee coding has helped the company cater to niche demands from clients. Manoj is also a subject matter expert of HCC coding and regulations and this has helped Omega support the payer side of business.

In his current role, Manoj plays a key role in planning overall organizational strategy, growth and customer satisfaction within coding services and Technology. His strong customer-centric work ethic coupled with his focus on streamlining processes has helped the business manage, retain and grow new and existing coding accounts.
